Your first week at Holmesglen Institute will be spent in the Orientation Program - getting to know all about Holmesglen, its facilities and a little about Australia and how to settle in and enjoy your time there. It is important to attend the Orientation Program. Your Overseas Student Health Cover will be processed - remember to bring your passport. You will be enrolled and receive a student identification card. You can also open a bank account. Holmesglen is a large Institute - 1 kilometre long - wear comfortable shoes for the tour of the campus. You will meet staff from the Library and Student Services.
This is a chance to ask lots of questions and meet other new students. One day of the orientation program is a social day with an orientation to the city of Melbourne including a visit to the Rialto Tower, Southbank and the central Melbourne shopping area.
